Ordering On-line
To enter the shop, simply follow the on-line shop drop down menu and click
on any of the product ranges. Shop throughout our store and add the items
you wish to purchase into your shopping basket. You may change the quantity
of any item in your shopping basket, as well as remove it completely.
If you change the quantity of any items don't forget to click [recalculate]
to calculate the new total.

Post or Email
Should you wish to purchase from us by telephone, post or email then please
click here
to print and complete our order form.
Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Your credit card will not be debited until
the day of despatch. All on-line transactions are handled through the
S.S.L. (Secure Socket Layer) security system. On completion of your order
you will receive email confirmation of your order.
Postage &
Packing
When we have received your on-line order we will work out the cost for
postage & packing and notify you by email and you may choose to cancel
all or part of your order. Your credit card will not be debited until
the day of despatch.

When an order
is placed, how much is paid in advance?
Nothing.
How long does
it take for an order to be completed and shipped?
It takes 3 weeks to make items from scratch, although many items are shipped
straight from stock. Airmail takes 7-10 days and surface mail takes 7-10
weeks.
Have you had problems
with items shipped that are received damaged and how is this resolved?
I pack all the parcels myself, so I'm very experienced at it! Even so,
occasionally parcels do arrive with the pots damaged. I replace the pots
free of charge but ask the client to pay for the shipping again. It is
not possible to reasonably insure pottery in transit. This is why I pack
the parcels myself.
